Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- reliable and prompt attendance when picking up shifts
- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- capability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- must pick up and work shifts at least once every four weeks
- willingness to complete required training and attend Target Welcome orientation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- effective communication skills including positive language
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic proficiency with technology such as handheld scanners and mobile apps
- problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about products, tools, and services to improve guest experience
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- promote and assist with Target loyalty programs and fulfillment services
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
