Job Requirements
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every four weeks
- reliable and prompt attendance when scheduled
- ability to accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
- ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- capability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- ability to respond to company contact attempts and comply with employment policies
- willingness to attend Target Welcome orientation and complete required training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve guest issues
- thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
