Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to engage guests with effective communication
- capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable attendance and active engagement in shift picking
- physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile throughout shifts
- compliance with safety standards and company policies

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve the guest experience
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- support guest services including order pick up, drive up, and registry
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- support cash office processes as needed
- comply with safety policies and procedures
- partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experiences
