Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to engage guests with effective communication
  • capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable attendance and active engagement in shift picking
  • physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile throughout shifts
  • compliance with safety standards and company policies

Job Duties

  • be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve the guest experience
  • scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
  • work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
  • support guest services including order pick up, drive up, and registry
  • maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
  • support cash office processes as needed
  • comply with safety policies and procedures
  • partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experiences
