Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to pick up shifts regularly with reliable attendance
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
  • willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to remain mobile during shifts
  • capacity to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
  • compliance with all safety policies and procedures
  • must complete required orientation and training
  • proactive engagement with scheduling and shift communication
