Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to pick up shifts regularly with reliable attendance
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to remain mobile during shifts
- capacity to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- must complete required orientation and training
- proactive engagement with scheduling and shift communication

Job Duties

- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait times while maintaining accuracy
- promote brand launches and store events
- assist guests with target loyalty programs and app features
- handle guest returns and work with leaders to resolve issues
- support order pick up, drive up, and registry services
- maintain clean and clutter-free work areas
- stock supplies as needed
- adhere to all safety, compliance, and ethical conduct standards
- manage cash register operations and support cash office processes
