Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cash register operations and cash transactions accurately
- physical capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- reliable and prompt attendance and active engagement in picking up shifts
- ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile for full shift duration

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues for the guest
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality
- promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and other fulfillment services
