Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to create and manage own schedule using a mobile app
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to respond to communication attempts from leadership
- ability to work at least one shift every four weeks
- physical capability to remain mobile for entire shift
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- compliance with safety policies and ethical conduct
- ability to handle cash transactions and operate cash register systems
- willingness to participate in required orientation and training sessions

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve guest issues
- thank guests and let them know we appreciate their business
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately while following food safety standards
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- promote Target loyalty programs and assist with guest enrollment
- support order pick up, drive up, and registry services
- maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
- adhere to safety policies and report hazards
- assist with cash register and cash office operations
- de-escalate guest situations as needed
- perform other duties based on business needs
