Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to respond promptly to communication for shift confirmation
- ability to work at least one shift every 4 weeks
- physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
- capability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- basic technology skills to operate scanning and scheduling apps
- compliance with all safety and ethical policies
- willingness to undergo training and attend orientation
- no current limitations preventing mobility during shifts

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests to solve their specific needs in a welcoming way
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to resolve guest issues
- thank guests and ensure they feel valued
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
- promote Target loyalty programs and assist with enrollment
- help guests use the Target Wallet and app features
- process returns and follow register prompts
- partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experiences
- provide accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
- maintain a clean, clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely and report hazards
- support guest services including order pickup and compliance with laws
- assist with cash office processes
- perform other duties as business needs arise
