Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- physically able to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- capability to work in varying temperatures and exposure to outdoor elements
- commitment to respond to contact attempts and actively engage in work shifts
- ability to accurately handle cash register operations and support cash office processes
- compliance with safety policies and procedures
- willingness to attend orientation and complete training
- ability to operate technology and equipment as directed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store and specific to your area
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- promote and engage around various benefits, offerings and services including Target Loyalty programs
- support guest services such as order pick up, drive up, and registry guests
- maintain a clean, clutter free work area
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- support Cash Office processes as needed
