Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance with minimum shift engagement every four weeks
- must complete orientation and training
- ability to lift and move merchandise frequently up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds
- capability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts
- effective communication skills
- compliance with cash handling and safety policies
- active engagement in shift picking and responding to employer communications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- promote Target loyalty programs and assist guests with sign-up
- manage returns and follow register prompts while partnering with leaders as needed
- maintain clean and clutter free work areas
- support guest services including order pick up, drive up, and registry
- comply with safety and ethical conduct standards
- support cash office processes and cash management
- perform other duties based on business needs
