Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- reliable and punctual with shift attendance
- capable of using mobile scheduling app to pick shifts
- must pick up and work shifts at least once every four weeks
- able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to handle cash register operations and cash office processes
- comply with all safety policies and procedures
- maintain mobility for the entire shift duration
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage guests in a helpful manner to solve specific needs
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality
- promote Target loyalty programs and assist guests with enrollment
- support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- follow safety policies and report hazards
- support cash office operations as needed
- partner with leaders to resolve guest issues and de-escalate situations
- uphold ethical conduct and compliance
- perform all other duties as business needs dictate
