Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of basic customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- basic proficiency with smartphones or mobile apps
- ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every four weeks
- ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity
- willingness to respond to contact attempts for shift scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills including positive language and attentiveness to guests needs
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- attention to detail while multitasking
- willingness to educate guests and engage around products and services
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- ability to work independently and with a team
- accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
