Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of basic customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
  • basic proficiency with smartphones or mobile apps
  • ability to follow safety policies and procedures
  • active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every four weeks
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity
  • willingness to respond to contact attempts for shift scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills including positive language and attentiveness to guests needs
  • capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
  • attention to detail while multitasking
  • willingness to educate guests and engage around products and services
  • ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

  • accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
  • be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
  • scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
  • work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
  • make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
