Job Requirements

  • availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
  • ability to pick up shifts via the myTime mobile app
  • reliable and prompt attendance
  • must work at least one shift every 5 months to maintain employment
  • ability to handle cash register operations accurately
  • capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • ability to remain mobile throughout the shift
  • willingness to respond to contact attempts from leadership
  • compliance with safety and operational policies
  • ability to perform physical tasks in varying environmental conditions

Job Duties

  • demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing tasks
  • engage with guests to help solve their needs
  • be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
  • scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
  • minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
  • promote brand launches, store activities, and target loyalty programs
  • assist guests with returns following company policies
  • de-escalate situations and recover guest experiences with leader support
  • support order pick up, drive up, and registry services
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
  • stock supplies during store hours
  • work safely and comply with all safety policies
  • support cash office processes as needed
  • perform other duties based on business needs
