- availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- ability to pick up shifts via the myTime mobile app
- reliable and prompt attendance
- must work at least one shift every 5 months to maintain employment
- ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to remain mobile throughout the shift
- willingness to respond to contact attempts from leadership
- compliance with safety and operational policies
- ability to perform physical tasks in varying environmental conditions

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their needs
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- promote brand launches, store activities, and target loyalty programs
- assist guests with returns following company policies
- de-escalate situations and recover guest experiences with leader support
- support order pick up, drive up, and registry services
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- work safely and comply with all safety policies
- support cash office processes as needed
- perform other duties based on business needs
