Job Requirements
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and remain mobile for the duration of a shift
- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- reliable and prompt attendance when picking up shifts
- active engagement in scheduling, responding to contact attempts
- completion of required orientation and training
- compliance with safety policies and food safety standards
- capability to work in varying environmental conditions
- administrative termination if failing to work at least one shift within 5 months
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively using positive language
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment

- ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues and improve guest experience
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company practices
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
- promote Target loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed
