Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- reliable attendance and promptness
- engagement in shift selection and communication responsiveness
- ability to operate mobile scheduling app
- capacity to work in varying environmental conditions
- ability to remain mobile during scheduled shifts
- compliance with safety guidelines and company policies
- ability to handle cash register operations and transactions
- commitment to complete orientation and training sessions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- thank guests and let them know we appreciate their choice to shop at Target
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately while following safety standards
- work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- promote current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
- assist guests with Target Loyalty program enrollment and usage
- understand and demonstrate the use of Target App features
- handle guest returns adding assistance from leaders as needed
- partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experience
- deliver accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
- maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely while complying with policies and training
- support guest services like order pick up and Drive-Up
- support cash office processes including cash system management
- perform other business-related duties as required
