Job Description
The On-Demand Team Member (TM) position at Target offers a unique and flexible work arrangement ideal for individuals seeking personalized schedules. Unlike traditional roles, On-Demand Team Members select shifts via Target's myTime mobile scheduling app based on shift availability and store needs, allowing them to work as much or as little as they desire. This role requires dependable and prompt attendance when shifts are picked up and active engagement by working at least one shift every four weeks. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- availability to pick up shifts regularly and respond to contact attempts
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to store location
- physical capability to stand and remain mobile during shifts
- ability to follow safety and company policies
- basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

- support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry guests
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- stock supplies during store hours
- comply with safety policies and report hazards
- support cash office processes as needed
