Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to commute to work
- Active engagement to pick up and work shifts regularly
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile throughout shifts

Job Duties

- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks
- Engage with guests to solve their needs in a welcoming manner
- Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately following food safety standards
- Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- Promote Target loyalty programs and assist guests with enrollment and app features
