Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Self provided, reliable access to internet for completion of all necessary paperwork and timesheets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Open availability including long shifts, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Background screening
  • Fluent in English (read and speaking)

Job Duties

  • Daily job duties will occur in various report locations around the city
  • Friendly, informative staff will be positioned at hotels, convention centers, attractions, or other locations to assist guests with boarding transportation and directing guests to designated event areas in a safe manner
  • Greet and direct guests to/from scheduled transportation to the airport and area hotels or other specified destinations throughout the city
  • Assist in load in and load out for décor events
  • Registration & hospitality assistance (must be able to lift up to 25 lbs)
  • Assist with organization and execution of Teambuilding Activities, Tours, Activities, Community Service Events
  • Luggage handlers to assist loading/unloading of guest luggage at hotels and at the airport (must be able to lift up to 60lbs)
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
