Job Duties

  • Schedule spa and salon services using reservations software
  • call guests to confirm appointments
  • answer questions about available services
  • update reservations and cancellations list
  • inform providers of last-minute changes
  • check in guests and provide spa orientation
  • promote and sell spa services
  • manage cash bank and process guest payments
  • accept and log cash tips
  • balance and submit receipts to accounting
  • notify engineering of maintenance needs
  • report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • assist guests and anticipate service needs
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • comply with quality standards
  • perform light physical tasks
  • complete other job duties as requested
