Job Duties
- Program spa and beauty salon services for individuals and groups using the reservation software
- Call guests to confirm scheduled services
- Respond to questions about available services
- Update reservation and cancellation lists throughout the day
- Inform providers of last-minute changes and resolve scheduling issues with supervisors or managers
- Register guests upon arrival, confirm name, and provide general orientation about the spa
- Promote and sell spa or beauty salon services
- Manage cash drawer, ensure accuracy, obtain change for transactions, and secure the cash
- Process guest payments and obtain payment authorization as required
- Accept and record employee cash tips
- Reconcile, scan, and deliver receipts to Accounting
- Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain professional personal appearance, ensure confidentiality, and protect company assets
- Greet guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet service needs, assist guests with disabilities
- Maintain professional communication and telephone etiquette
- Cultivate positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Move or lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
