Job Requirements
- Banquet Chef and/or Sous Chef experience at a 4 star hotel or resort for a minimum of 2 years
- Union management experience, preferred
Job Qualifications
- Successful track record leading a diverse team
- Strength to hold staff accountable for day to day actions
- Previous experience in overseeing team members under a collective bargaining agreement
- Detail oriented, efficient and accurate
Job Duties
- Operate a full service establishment
- Cooking, light butchering, light dessert, banquets, and ala carte
- Food inventory, ordering, costing
- Prioritize and organize multiple tasks in the moment
- Inspire teamwork, role model
- Strive to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Create SOPs and training to support development
