Job Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing roles preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Deliver hot to order items promptly from kitchen to tables
  • Prepare coffee and specialized drinks as a barista
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining
  • Input orders into POS system and complete accurate payment transactions
  • Observe diners and respond efficiently to guest requests
  • Escort guests to tables as needed
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, proper product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning procedures
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
  • Complete daily inventory prep and side work tasks as assigned
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel features, amenities, and operating hours
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • Wear a clean, approved uniform with a name tag and maintain grooming standards
  • Participate actively in teamwork to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
