Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older for Server or Cook positions
- Must be 21 years or older for Bartender positions
- Have a current food handler card or ServSafe certificate if applying for Server or Cook
- Have a current OLCC Service Permit if applying for Bartender
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to maintain professional and friendly customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced settings
Job Qualifications
- Current food handler card or ServSafe certificate for On-Call Servers and Cooks
- Current OLCC Service Permit for On-Call Bartenders
- Preferably have catering or large party function experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be 18 years or older for Server or Cook positions
- Must be 21 years or older for Bartender positions
Job Duties
- Common knowledge of how a fast-paced kitchen functions and operates
- Accurately prepare food customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner
- Quality and consistency of food / quality and volume of work
- Flexible schedule
- Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employees
