Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older for Server or Cook positions
  • Must be 21 years or older for Bartender positions
  • Have a current food handler card or ServSafe certificate if applying for Server or Cook
  • Have a current OLCC Service Permit if applying for Bartender
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to maintain professional and friendly customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced settings

Job Qualifications

  • Current food handler card or ServSafe certificate for On-Call Servers and Cooks
  • Current OLCC Service Permit for On-Call Bartenders
  • Preferably have catering or large party function experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be 18 years or older for Server or Cook positions
  • Must be 21 years or older for Bartender positions

Job Duties

  • Common knowledge of how a fast-paced kitchen functions and operates
  • Accurately prepare food customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Quality and consistency of food / quality and volume of work
  • Flexible schedule
  • Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employees
