Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift and maneuver plates, cases of water, chairs, and tables up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Willingness to learn and participate in training

Job Duties
- Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables
- Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean and replacing damaged pages
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed and refilling water glasses
- Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands and bus stations
- Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables and removing trash
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities
