Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Able to lift and maneuver plates, cases of water, chairs, and tables up to 30 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Willingness to learn and participate in training

  • Previous experience in bussing preferred but not required
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables
  • Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean and replacing damaged pages
  • Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed and refilling water glasses
  • Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands and bus stations
  • Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables and removing trash
  • Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities
