Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- two years of college-level business courses preferred
- associate degree in business or related field strongly preferred
- minimum two (2) years of administrative or receptionist experience
- one (1) year of experience with multi-line phone systems and hand-held radios
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with professional, customer-focused demeanor
- strong ability to build rapport with residents, visitors, and team members
- ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- must be able to sit for long periods and work a flexible schedule as needed

Job Duties
- Answer all phone calls promptly and connect callers to appropriate residents or staff
- provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors entering the community
- screen and verify all visitors to ensure community safety
- serve as liaison with parking attendants, staff, visitors, and Plant Operations
- act as liaison with the Fire and Police Departments and relevant internal departments during emergencies
- coordinate staff and security responses to elopement or personal emergency response (PERS) alarms
- manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, including certified and registered mail
- maintain the community's switchboard and communication log
- perform other duties as assigned to support operations and resident satisfaction
