Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods and work in outdoor environments
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be dependable and responsive to last-minute scheduling needs
  • excellent communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills
  • strong attention to detail ability to handle stressful situations with poise
  • ability to meet physical requirements lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds
  • friendly, energetic, well-groomed professional appearance and demeanor
  • prior valet or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • prior experience in valet, hospitality, or customer service roles

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
  • park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently in assigned areas
  • open doors and assist guests with luggage or belongings as needed
  • maintain proper key control and vehicle tracking
  • follow company procedures regarding vehicle handling, documentation, and damage reporting
  • maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • communicate effectively with other team members, supervisors, and management
  • provide accurate directions and information about the property or surrounding areas
  • respond calmly and professionally to guest concerns or emergencies
  • follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
  • remain on-site and available for duration of shift, ready to be dispatched as needed
