Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods and work in outdoor environments
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be dependable and responsive to last-minute scheduling needs
- ability to meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
- ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in valet, hospitality, or customer service roles
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise
- friendly, energetic, well-groomed professional appearance and demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
- park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently in assigned areas
- open doors and assist guests with luggage or belongings as needed
- maintain proper key control and vehicle tracking
- follow company procedures regarding vehicle handling, documentation, and damage reporting
- maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- communicate effectively with other team members, supervisors, and management
- provide accurate directions and information about the property or surrounding areas
- respond calmly and professionally to guest concerns or emergencies
- follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
- remain on-site and available for duration of shift, ready to be dispatched as needed
