Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods and work in outdoor environments
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be dependable and responsive to last-minute scheduling needs
  • Excellent communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail ability to handle stressful situations with poise
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds)
  • Friendly, energetic, well-groomed professional appearance and demeanor
  • Prior valet or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Prior experience in valet, hospitality, or customer service roles

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently in assigned areas
  • Open doors and assist guests with luggage or belongings as needed
  • Maintain proper key control and vehicle tracking
  • Follow company procedures regarding vehicle handling, documentation, and damage reporting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Communicate effectively with other team members, supervisors, and management
  • Provide accurate directions and information about the property or surrounding areas
  • Respond calmly and professionally to guest concerns or emergencies
  • Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Remain on-site and available for duration of shift, ready to be dispatched as needed
