Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous valet parking supervisor experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive standard and automatic manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and temperature changes
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in high-stress environments with tight deadlines and high customer expectations
- Ability to act independently and make decisions in the absence of the Director of Parking
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in account management and revenue collection
- Previous valet parking supervisor experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and temperature changes
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching
Job Duties
- Supervise location staff including delegating, coaching, developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Train new employees and collaborate on onboarding plans
- Serve as point of contact for clients, attend meetings, and maintain good client relationships
- Assist with payroll by ensuring proper clock-ins and correcting payroll discrepancies
- Monitor and maintain the safety and condition of the driveway and premises
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports
- Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct frontline staff activities
- Implement and complete projects, programs, and initiatives as required
- Ensure all staff maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Secure all keys and enforce strict key control
- Ensure valet staff practice AAA basic service standards daily
- Ensure safe and timely vehicle parking and retrieval
- Remain on-site and available for the duration of the shift ready for dispatch as needed
