Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain within two weeks
- Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 18 months
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
- CPR certified or ability to obtain within 18 months

- Proven experience managing and engaging volunteers
- Bilingual/bicultural English/Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, Asian or African languages preferred
- Excellent organizational, record keeping, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse populations
- Strong problem solving and solution implementation skills
- Proficient in computer applications and MS Office
- Ability to quickly learn new computer programs, experience with client data management systems a plus
Job Duties
- Manage on-time delivery of meals to home-bound participants following all standards
- Schedule volunteer drivers for each route daily
- Maintain route books with accurate delivery information
- Follow up with participants if delivery is unsuccessful
- Responsible for participant care including reassessments and tracking changes
- Perform delivery duties when volunteer coverage is lacking
- Assist Site Manager with responsive hunger relief services
- Assist in screening, registration, and training of volunteers
- Maintain and update client and volunteer information
- Complete all required administrative tasks
- Support agency-wide events and fundraising
- Participate in training and meetings
- Support mission, vision, values and strategic plan
- Other duties as assigned
