Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior exposure to audio-visual and hospitality industry
  • Computer proficiency including hardware, software, and networking
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Good working knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Planning ability, able to plan and prioritize
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to company standard operating procedures
  • Greet guests and clients before events and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment
  • Provide continued communication with clients to ensure success of all events
  • Follow through on all client requests
  • Look for opportunities to enhance client events
  • Maintain accurate client event information within the company’s business systems
  • Review daily invoices with clients and obtain client signatures on invoices
  • Comply with all company security and safety measures
  • Ensure inventory is secure from theft and damage
  • Ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition
  • Report any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment immediately to management
  • Ensure company-occupied areas are clean, organized, and up to company standards
  • Continually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills including audio, video, data, staging, computer operation, and networking
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
