Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Reliable transportation access
  • Willingness to comply with dress code
  • Pass drug testing and background check

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience (hospitality or property management preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • experience with systems like BuildingLink, Notifii, or KeyLink is a plus
  • Prior experience in a concierge, front desk, or reception role is a strong plus
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and dependable, able to work independently
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident or property information
  • Consistent access to reliable transportation (public or personal)

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phone and email inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, especially during the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s season
  • Manage package rooms and amenity or freight elevator reservations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
  • Anticipate resident needs and deliver personalized service
  • Provide administrative support to property management as needed
