Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Reliable transportation access
- Willingness to comply with dress code
- Pass drug testing and background check
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience (hospitality or property management preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- experience with systems like BuildingLink, Notifii, or KeyLink is a plus
- Prior experience in a concierge, front desk, or reception role is a strong plus
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and dependable, able to work independently
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident or property information
- Consistent access to reliable transportation (public or personal)
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone and email inquiries promptly and courteously
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, especially during the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s season
- Manage package rooms and amenity or freight elevator reservations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
- Anticipate resident needs and deliver personalized service
- Provide administrative support to property management as needed
