Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • must have reliable transportation
  • strong communication skills
  • professional appearance as per dress code
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience (hospitality or property management preferred)
  • experience working in a concierge, front desk, or reception role is a strong plus
  • associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
  • able to manage time effectively without direct supervision, especially when juggling multiple requests or responsibilities
  • maintain confidentiality of sensitive resident and property information at all times
  • strong written skills to document incidents, shift summaries, or escalations accurately and professionally
  • must have consistent access to reliable transportation (public or personal) and be able to arrive to work on time
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • prior experience with systems like BuildingLink, Notifii, or KeyLink is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • answer phone and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • organize package rooms and manage amenity/freight elevator reservations
  • maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming lobby area
  • anticipate resident needs and provide personalized service
  • offer administrative support to the property management team
  • work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
