Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years relevant administrative or receptionist experience
- excellent phone etiquette
- self-motivated and reliable
- strong attention to detail
- ability to manage workload under pressure
- available to work on-call hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or similar position
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is a plus
- experience in hospitality is advantageous
Job Duties
- greet members and guests warmly as they enter and exit the club
- answer questions and provide directions to club facilities
- manage and screen incoming phone calls efficiently
- assist members in making reservations and appointments
- escort members and guests to various areas within the club
- support daily administrative tasks and workflow
- maintain a calm and professional demeanor during busy periods
