- Must have prior experience in banquets, catering, or F&B service
- Ability to lift and carry trays and stand for extended periods
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills

- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts on an on-call basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience in banquets, catering, or F&B service preferred
- Ability to lift and carry trays, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to a reliable on-call schedule without declining three consecutive shifts
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and professional service throughout each event
- Set up, service, and break down function spaces according to event orders
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and planning teams to ensure successful event execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after service
- Represent the Alila and Hyatt brand standards at all times
- Assist with banquet preparation, including linen and table setting
- Design and manage food station presentation
