Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with computers and reservation software
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and assisting guests
- Valid driver’s license for transportation duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or related fields preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems
- Experience using multi-line telephone systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests and visitors with warmth and hospitality upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about Hope Lodge amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Manage transportation services including arranging rides and driving guests safely to appointments
- Coordinate transportation schedules and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of transportation vehicles
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Monitor lobby safety and security
- Implement security protocols and access control
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents
