Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a personal care assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and must be willing to travel between client locations as needed
- Proof of up-to-date immunizations and negative TB test required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work alongside scheduling coordinator to fulfill all on call needs
- Must be available for call-out shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM

Job Duties
- Travel to various client locations as needed, providing personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Ensure clients' safety and well-being during visits, assisting with mobility and transfers when necessary
- Prepare meals and assist clients with feeding as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to provide a clean and safe environment for clients
- Work with the scheduling coordinator to fulfill all on-call needs
- Maintain communication with clients and families to report any concerns or changes in condition
