Job Requirements
- Able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bussing is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and/or holidays, AM/PM shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to creatively solve problems
Job Duties
- Prepare dining room for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- Maintain menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, cleaning chalkboards, lettering specials on chalkboards
- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, being alert to patron spills or other special needs
- Support wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners, and bus stations
- Close dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and/or vacuuming floors, removing trash and recyclables from the facility
- Update job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities
