Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong attention to detail
- TIPS trained
- Ability to work flexible hours including various campus and off-campus locations
- Customer service skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health codes

Job Duties
- Set up catering events including dining tables and buffet tables with china, flatware, glassware, and linens
- Run food from kitchen area to dining area on demand
- Set buffets with safe food handling practices and food presentation in mind
- Serve beverages and food items tableside to guests
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean bar area
- Interact with customers and staff in a professional and pleasant manner
- Assist in keeping the working area clean and ensure all health code procedures are followed
