Job Requirements
- Two years previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
- Must be flexible to work varied shifts including weekday evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be friendly and able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange
- Must be energetic and able to work within an empowered and fast paced environment
- Food Handlers Certification required
- State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification required
- Must be 21 years or older

Job Duties
- Embrace service with a story through creating and serving both distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
- Share your personal passions and knowledge of the food, services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home
- Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience by providing a fun and positive environment
- Be an advocate of our menu offering, receive food orders at the bar, and ensure accuracy before guest delivery
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet
- Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed to balance all moneys
- Lock up and store all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards
- Report accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to supervisor
- Provide for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules
- Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Perform any related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
