Job Requirements

  • Two years previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
  • Must be flexible to work varied shifts including weekday evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be friendly and able to deliver a fun and friendly environment during each guest exchange
  • Must be energetic and able to work within an empowered and fast paced environment
  • Food Handlers Certification required
  • State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification required
  • Must be 21 years or older

  • Ability to multitask and ensure accuracy
  • At least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Embrace service with a story through creating and serving both distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • Share your personal passions and knowledge of the food, services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home
  • Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience by providing a fun and positive environment
  • Be an advocate of our menu offering, receive food orders at the bar, and ensure accuracy before guest delivery
  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
  • Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet
  • Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed to balance all moneys
  • Lock up and store all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank
  • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards
  • Report accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to supervisor
  • Provide for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules
  • Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
  • Perform any related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
