Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years customer service experience preferably in hospitality
  • certified food handler
  • state specific alcohol or TIPs certification
  • legal age 21 or older
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Two years previous customer service experience preferably in a similar setting
  • working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food service
  • flexible to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to deliver a fun and friendly environment
  • energetic to work in a fast paced environment
  • possession of food handler certification
  • possession of state specific alcohol certification or TIPs certification
  • people person with multitasking ability
  • must be 21 years or older

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • share personal knowledge of food, services, and amenities with guests
  • provide a fun and positive environment to enhance guest experience
  • advocate for the menu, receive and verify food orders at the bar
  • greet guests courteously and promote drink orders
  • mix drinks using standard recipes with portion control
  • maintain proper bar set-up and stock supplies daily
  • cut and store fresh garnishes and perishables to ensure quality
  • handle cash transactions, verify charges, and balance monies
  • lock up and store beverages, food, and equipment securely
  • perform cleaning tasks adhering to health standards
  • report accidents and safety issues to management
  • follow all safety and security procedures
  • maintain a neat and groomed appearance
  • perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
