Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service preferred

- Ability to listen and clarify concerns raised by guests and associates
Job Duties
- Take orders and prepare coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications
- Operate cash registers and credit card machines
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with associates and guests in a courteous and service-oriented manner
- Multitask and prioritize duties to ensure outstanding service
- Attend all required hotel meetings and trainings
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, uniform, and grooming
