Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand for entire shift duration
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to listen, understand, and clarify customer and employee concerns
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Commitment to maintaining high personal appearance and grooming standards
- Must attend all required hotel meetings and trainings
- Must maintain regular attendance in line with hotel scheduling needs
Job Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service skills with a customer comes first attitude
- Ability to anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating the environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Job Duties
- Take orders and prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to customer specifications
- Operate cash registers and credit card machines to process transactions
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in an attentive and courteous manner
- Multitask and prioritize responsibilities to deliver outstanding customer service
- Attend all required hotel meetings and training sessions
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, uniform, and grooming
