Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand on feet for 4+ hours
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be available to work early mornings
- This is an on-call position
- Looking for 1-2 shifts a week
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 year of barista experience strongly preferred
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Basic knowledge of all things coffee and familiarity with standard drink recipes
- Ability to stand on feet for 4+ hours
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be available to work early mornings
Job Duties
- Acknowledge and greet every guest as they approach your bar
- Prepare and serve a selection of espresso and coffee drinks from the menu while ensuring proper techniques according to established recipes and standards
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest
- Prep, stock and maintain work station according to company specifications
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events
- Be able to educate guests on the beverages you are serving at each event
- Process cash and credit card payments via Square reader at Cash Bars accurately and efficiently
- Work harmoniously and professionally with the whole Aero Bar team
