Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in cooking or kitchen roles
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain kitchen hygiene
  • Ability to follow kitchen safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous culinary experience preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing
  • Set up clean and break down workstations
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area including tables tools knives and equipment
  • Assist all culinary outlets as needed and operate every station in the kitchen
  • Partner with supervisor to achieve daily challenges and maintain efficient workflow
  • Guide and mentor junior cooks on prep and organization including item counts and SOPs
  • Respond to special dietary and allergy requests and contribute ideas for new food offerings and special occasion dishes
  • Report and assist in correcting kitchen imperfections and maintain high standards
  • Communicate clearly with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations
