Job Duties
- adhere to the companys service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
- actively participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador for silverado resort
- participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
- multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- maintain compliance with silverado resorts pouring standards
- follow cash handling policy
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- comply with safety rules and resort regulations
- set up events according to resort standards and banquet event order
- prepare beverages and cocktails according to standards
- maintain bar storage area clean and organized
- serve guests with all beverage requirements in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- set up and break down bar after functions
- follow all state liquor laws
- know menu items and provide accurate descriptions and allergen information
- perform other duties as requested by management
