Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • responsible beverage service and food handlers certification
  • ability to work under pressure
  • ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to bend, stoop, or reach
  • ability to operate a golf cart

Job Duties

  • adhere to the companys service culture - 4 keys to creating guests for life
  • actively participate in team member referral program and be a talent ambassador for silverado resort
  • participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
  • multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
  • maintain compliance with silverado resorts pouring standards
  • follow cash handling policy
  • maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • comply with safety rules and resort regulations
  • set up events according to resort standards and banquet event order
  • prepare beverages and cocktails according to standards
  • maintain bar storage area clean and organized
  • serve guests with all beverage requirements in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
  • set up and break down bar after functions
  • follow all state liquor laws
  • know menu items and provide accurate descriptions and allergen information
  • perform other duties as requested by management
