Job Requirements
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read banquet event orders and complete setups accordingly
- Commitment to work at least one shift per month on-call
- Physical ability to perform setup duties including lifting and arranging equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work varied schedules based on event bookings
- Prior experience in banquet or event setup preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness during and after events
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from management
- Willingness to perform additional duties as needed.

- Minimum of one year in hotel or restaurant serving role
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally

- Ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Orders
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Attention to detail in setup and service
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Job Duties
- Ability to read and execute meeting and dining room diagrams for spaces, indoors and outdoors
- Complete the physical setup and arrangement of tables, A/V equipment according to the diagram
- Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bar during and after an event is completed
- Assist in setting a room with F&B equipment
- Arrange buffets, stages, and podiums
- Help servers complete their tasks including arranging plates, running items to bars, and setting up beverage stations
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies, parking lots, smoking areas, and public restrooms
- Assist servers with bussing tables
- Exhibit teamwork and leadership to ensure efficient event setup
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Sets tables in assigned area correctly and uniformly, using clean, pressed linen
- Sets dance floor as needed
- Performs all opening and closing side duties assigned
- Cleans function room and back of house areas during and after functions
- Returns all reusable table complements and condiments to be cleaned and refilled
- Keeps station neat and clean during service
- Constantly patrols assigned station, refilling water and coffee, removing service items and condiments per established policies
- Serves food, coffee, water, and other beverages to customers
- Refills beverages as needed
- Handles all duties assigned by management
- Must be able to work nights, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
