Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in banquet or food service preferred
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move frequently during shifts
- Ability to bend, climb, kneel as needed
- Ability to lift or carry up to 75 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills and guest-focused attitude

Job Duties
- Set up for events including arranging tablecloths, place settings, and buffets
- Serve guests food and beverages efficiently and courteously
- Review banquet event orders to ensure room setups meet contract specifications
- Communicate with lead catering staff regarding special requests and event timing
- Maintain dining area cleanliness and proper use of equipment
- Properly open and pour wine at tableside
- Greet guests warmly, adhere to appearance standards, and deliver exceptional guest service
