Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of banquet service or food and beverage industry experience preferably in luxury hospitality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
- Commitment to integrity and accountability
- High level of food and wine knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine and compassionate attitude

Job Duties
- Provide impeccable services to group and social catering events both on and off property using genuine and authentic personality
- Understand guests situations and feelings, taking actions to create the best experience possible
- Create strong and open communication within the banquet team to ensure seamless service throughout events
- Maintain awareness and presence in service areas to anticipate guest needs proactively
- Serve as a brave problem solver in all guest interactions, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries about hotel services, operations, personnel, and events
- Demonstrate commitment as a collaborative team player
