Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of banquet service or food and beverage industry experience preferably in luxury hospitality
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
  • Commitment to integrity and accountability
  • High level of food and wine knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine and compassionate attitude

Job Duties

  • Provide impeccable services to group and social catering events both on and off property using genuine and authentic personality
  • Understand guests’ situations and feelings, taking actions to create the best experience possible
  • Create strong and open communication within the banquet team to ensure seamless service throughout events
  • Maintain awareness and presence in service areas to anticipate guest needs proactively
  • Serve as a brave problem solver in all guest interactions, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries about hotel services, operations, personnel, and events
  • Demonstrate commitment as a collaborative team player
