Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in hospitality
- Bartender certification is a plus
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional and warm demeanor consistent with company culture
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Mix and garnish beverages according to standards
- Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
- Stock and maintain the bar including beer, wine, spirits, and related supplies
- Cut, store, and ensure product quality of beverage perishables
- Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of bar and service areas
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions
- Take and input guest food and beverage orders
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders
- Ensure bar and serving stations are well-stocked
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to regulations
