Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Warm, professional demeanor reflecting company culture
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience
- Special certifications such as bartender certification preferred
- Knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions
- Ability to handle point-of-sale systems
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Understanding of federal, state, and local alcohol service laws
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Mix and garnish beverages according to standards
- Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with laws and regulations
- Accurately total, process and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
- Stock and maintain the bar including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, and glassware
- Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of service bar and service areas
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders
- Ensure bar/serving stations are well-stocked
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with laws and regulations
- Perform other duties or projects as needed
